Frequently Asked Questions
What time is Check In and Check-Out?
Check In is anytime after 4:00 P.M. CST Check-Out is any time before 9:00 A.M, unless you have purchased an early arrival/late departure.
What if we have multiple cars?
All rental units have 1 assigned parking space and 1 unassigned parking space included with your reservation payment. Should you need a 3rd parking permit you would need to pay an additional $100 fee plus tax. We have parking on the 6th level of the parking deck and there are several public parking areas along Thomas Drive.
What if I will be arriving late?
Your door code will be displayed within the Guest Portal about a week prior to your arrival. If you filled out the registration forms in advance, then your pool bands and parking passes will be waiting at the front desk for pick up. If you have not filled out the registration then you will need to come by the front desk the following morning to complete the appropriate forms.
What if I have a trailer?
There shall be no storage or parking of water craft or watercraft trailers, campers, motor homes or any trailer longer than 16 feet in total length. Trailers less than 16 feet in total length, either flat bed or enclosed, may be parked on property for a period not to exceed 30 days.
What if I have a pet?
Most owners do NOT allow pets in the rental units. If you want to bring a pet, you must get prior approval and make sure that the unit you are renting allows pets and that you have paid any additional charges for your pet. If you have a pet we have to see the pet in the rental office prior to checking in. Pet registration fee will be $300.00 and its non-refundable, 1 pet per unit not to exceed 30 pounds are allowed in pet friendly condos only.
Does Treasure Island Resort have high speed internet?
Each condo is outfitted with secure, high speed internet. Please see the Misc tab under My Rental to obtain your unit’s wifi log in information.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
Treasures Island Resort Rentals has developed and implemented “Always Fresh” Bedding Program. To complement our existing professionally laundered sheets and towels, all condos will be furnished with freshly laundered comforters after each reservation.
How does beach chair service operate?
Beach service is offered March 1st – October 31st. Your condo may include complimentary beach service, which will include two chairs and one umbrella. If it does not, you can purchase the service for an additional fee on the beach from the beach attendant.
What If I have a maintenance issue during my stay?
Maintenance issues are not common but they do happen every now and then. Please report any maintenance as soon as possible to the front desk by calling 850-235-0176.
What time is the rental office Open?
Rental office is open March 1 to Memorial Day weekend 7 days a week Sunday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Starting Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. September to October 31st Sunday to Thursday 8:00a to 5:00pm, Friday and Saturday 8:00am to 8:00 pm. November 1 to January 1 Sunday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00pm, January 2nd to end of February closed on Sundays, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
